Visit the valley of Todra and enjoy the breathtaking views of its Canyons, then drive to the Dades Valley before taking a secluded road to the Ait Boutghrar Village where you’ll a Berber family that still live in caves.

Visit the Ait Benhaddou Village, which is listed by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and that has been used as a backdrop for shooting numerous Hollywood films. DAY 1: FEZ - IFRANE - MIDELT - ZIZ VALLEY - ERFOUD - MERZOUGA (D.B)

After having breakfast at 8:00 am in your hotel/Riad, our 4-day desert tour from Fez to Marrakech via Merzouga desert. We will be passing through Ifrane to arrive at the cedar forest of Azrou where wild monkeys are located. You will have an excellent opportunity to take pictures of the wilderness of Morroco. Then we leave for the Midlet across the Middle Atlas Mountains and stay there for lunch. In the afternoon, we continue the drive through the Atlas Mountains to arrive at the palm-dotted Ziz Valley, Erfoud, in which we will feel the start of the Sahara Oasis of Tafilalet. After that, we go for Merzouga and stay overnight in the hotel near the golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi.

DAY 2: Full-day exploring the desert & camel trek (D.B)

Our journey will start after breakfast at the hotel. We head to the village of Khamlia, which is inhabited
by people with dark complexion brought as slaves from Sub-Saharan lands. They perform spiritual music called Gnawa and they are always happy to share with guest visitors. Not far away is Lake Merzouga, which has a population of birds, including rose flamingos, desert sparrows... We stay for a cup of tea with nomads living in a Berber tent, and you may also like to visit nomad wirehouses where you can see amazing Berber handicrafts at lower prices as compared to big cities. You will find a new sense of life from there, and you will love the Berber pizza served at lunch. We will get back to the hotel and relax before starting a camel ride into the dunes for watching the sunset. And then we will go for a camp for an overnight stay in a comfortable desert tent. Dinner will be served under the tent where you will spend the night.

DAY 3: MERZOUGA - ERFOUD - TODRA GORGES - DADES VALLEY (B.D)

You will wake up early in the morning to see the picturesque view of sunrise when the colors of dunes play with the shadows to make a fantastic sight. After that, you will take a shower and have breakfast under the sunlight before visiting the fortified village Rissani in the Tafilalt region. We will continue to drive to Ouarzazate via Rissani and while including a short pause in Erfoud, where you will see marble fossils while visiting the workshop, the city is famous for fossilized marbles. Afterward, we drive to the Todra Georges, an ideal place for walking and exploring on your own. After lunch, you drive further west to the lush valley of Dades where you will spend the night in an authentic hotel/Riad.

DAY 4: Dades Valley - Valley of Roses - Ouarzazate - Ait Benhaddou - Marrakech

The last day of our journey will start here. After breakfast, We leave to Ouarzazate via Skoura. We drive across the Valley of Roses, named Keela Mgouna. We continue on the track through the route of one Thousand-Kasbahs, passing the Skoura palm grove until we arrive at Ouarzazate. Then stay for a panoramic view of the Kasbah of Taourirt, then another photo stop near Atlas Film Studios. After that, we will go to Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified city which is located along the former caravan route among the Sahara and Marrakech, and have lunch in the village. In the afternoon, we will head towards Marrakech across the High Atlas mountains, passing through the Tizi N’tichka pass (2260 m in altitude). Drop off at your accommodation from 6 to 7 pm, where our four days journey from Fes to Marrakech ends.
